Telefoonkabel S/CONN 70046-W 6 m wit

The ShiverPeaks Telephone cable S/CONN 70046-W 6 m White is a 6-metre connection lead designed to link telephone handsets and base units. One end is fitted with a TAE F connector and the other end with an RJ11 connector, allowing compatibility between devices that use German-style wall sockets and equipment with standard RJ11 jacks. The white jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for home and office environments while preserving signal integrity for analogue voice communication.

Advantages

This telephone cable offers reliable mechanical contacts and stable electrical performance to maintain clear voice transmission. The 6 m length gives flexibility when arranging telephones across rooms without stretching or tension. The combination of TAE F and RJ11 connectors enables use with a wide range of consumer telephony equipment and legacy wall outlets. The cable jacket resists everyday wear and integrates with typical interior colours for a low-profile installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting a telephone handset or base unit to a TAE wall socket
• Linking an RJ11-equipped modem or phone with a TAE F outlet
• Replacing a worn or damaged telephone line in home or small office setups
• Temporary or permanent wiring where a 6 m reach is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 6 metres
• Connector A: TAE F (female type for telephone sockets)
• Connector B: RJ11 (standard 4P4C modular plug)
• Colour: White
• Intended use: Analogue telephone voice connections
• Construction: Insulated copper conductors with protective outer jacket

How to use

Insert the TAE F connector into the corresponding wall socket until it locks in place, then plug the RJ11 connector into the telephone base or handset jack. Ensure connectors are fully seated to avoid intermittent connections. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends or heavy compression; use cable clips or ties to secure the run and prevent trip hazards. When disconnecting, grip the connector body rather than pulling the cable to prolong service life.

Recommendations

For optimal voice quality, keep the cable away from high-voltage wiring and strong electromagnetic sources. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or damage and replace the cable if insulation or contacts are compromised. Use the 6 m length to position equipment comfortably while avoiding excessive coiling that could affect signal performance.
