Signaalkabel ShiverPeaks Basic-S 100 m zwart

The ShiverPeaks Basic-S 100 m Black signal cable is a 100-meter length cable designed for audio and video signal transmission. Constructed from BS21106-CCA conductor material and finished in a black jacket, the cable is intended for installations that require a long continuous run of signal cabling. Its design focuses on consistent conductivity and straightforward installation for both professional and domestic AV setups.

Advantages

The cable combines a long 100 m length with a black outer sheath suited to discreet routing in event, studio, or home environments. Use of BS21106-CCA material provides stable signal transmission over distance and mechanical durability under typical installation conditions. The cable’s design allows for easy handling and termination when integrating into existing audio and video systems.

Suitable for

• Long-run audio signal distribution in venues and studios
• Wiring for home theatre and multimedia systems
• Temporary event setups and stage installations
• Fixed in-wall or ceiling routing where a continuous 100 m length is required

Key specifications

• Length: 100 m
• Conductor material: BS21106-CCA
• Outer colour: Black
• Intended use: Audio and video signal transmission

How to use

Plan the cable route to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Measure the required length including slack for termination, then cut and strip jacket and conductor insulation according to the connector or terminal specifications you will use. Secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable ties and terminate with compatible connectors or soldered joints for the specific audio or video application. Test continuity and signal quality after installation before final fastening.

Recommendations

For optimal results, avoid running the cable parallel and close to mains power lines; cross them at right angles where necessary. Use appropriate strain relief at termination points and store any unused length coiled without tight loops to preserve conductor integrity.
