The Westmark Silicone dough scraper with a red silicone blade and stainless steel handle is a compact tool designed for scraping, portioning and shaping dough. With a blade width of 60 mm and overall height of 285 mm, this scraper combines a flexible silicone edge for gentle contact with bowls and work surfaces and a rigid stainless steel handle for controlled handling. The silicone blade resists sticking and cleans easily, while the metal handle offers balance and a secure grip during repetitive bakery tasks.

Advantages

The flexible silicone blade conforms to curved surfaces, allowing efficient scraping of bowls and folding of dough without scratching cookware. The stainless steel handle provides durability and ergonomic stability for precise control. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for both small and large mixing bowls and allow accurate portioning and finishing work. The combination of materials supports hygienic use and straightforward cleaning.

• Handle material: stainless steel
• Blade width: 60 mm
• Total height/length: 285 mm

How to use

Hold the stainless steel handle firmly and position the silicone blade against the bowl or work surface. Use a scraping motion to collect dough, batter or residue and transfer it as needed. Rinse or wipe clean after use; for more thorough cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and dry the metal handle to prevent water spots.
