Slaapzak DEUTER Little Star kindermummie 570×410×1450 mm lichtblauw

DEUTER Little Star children mummy 570×410×1450 mm light blue is a mummy-style sleeping bag designed specifically for young campers and outdoor sleepovers. Sized to fit children approximately 95–130 cm tall, the bag measures 570 × 410 × 1450 mm and packs down compactly for transport. The construction uses PES materials and a soft, non-rustling lining; the hood features small decorative ears and the bag is extendable so it can grow with the child. Two-way side zippers allow the bag to be opened out flat for easier transfer of a child or for ventilation.

Advantages

The sleeping bag is made with bluesign® certified materials that prioritise controlled environmental impact and safety of textile production. Lightweight PES construction and an especially soft lining provide thermal insulation while minimising noise when the child moves. Dual zippers on both sides enable the bag to be fully opened and folded down, facilitating easy handling when placing a sleeping child into the bag. An extendable design increases usable length as the child grows, and the compact packed dimensions make it convenient for camping and travel.

How to use

Unpack the sleeping bag and extend it to full length if needed. Use the dual zippers to open the bag fully when placing a child inside, then zip up the sides to the desired snugness, ensuring the hood sits comfortably around the head without restricting breathing. For cooler conditions, close the zippers fully and adjust the hood to retain warmth; for ventilation, open the side zippers partially or fold the bag down. After use, shake out any debris, dry thoroughly if damp, and pack into the supplied compression/transport sack using the compact packed dimensions for storage and travel.

Recommendations

Use the sleeping bag for children within the recommended height range (95–130 cm) to ensure proper fit and thermal performance. Wash or freshen according to care instructions on the product label; avoid high-temperature washing and tumble drying unless specified. Regularly inspect zippers and seams, and store the bag dry and loosely when not in use to preserve insulation loft and material performance.
