Slaapzak Deuter Orbit +5° L volwassenen grijs 2,2 m breedte 14 L inhoud

The Deuter Orbit +5° L is an adult sleeping bag designed for mild-weather camping and overnight outdoor stays. With a roomy width of 2.2 m and a compact packed volume of 14 L, this model balances sleeping comfort and transportability. The bag's temperature rating around +5°C makes it suitable for spring, summer and early autumn use where nights are relatively warm. The design focuses on giving a comfortable sleeping area while remaining easy to carry for hiking and multi-day trips.

Advantages

The generous 2.2 m width provides extra sleeping space compared with standard bags, reducing restriction of movement. A 14 L packing volume allows the bag to be stowed efficiently in a backpack or carried as part of travel luggage. The +5°C comfort range targets campers who need a lightweight, less insulating bag for milder conditions. Construction and materials are chosen to balance low bulk and user comfort while keeping overall weight suitable for adult users on the move.

Suitable for

• Backpacking and hiking in warm-season conditions
• Car camping and roadside stays where transport space is limited
• Summer festivals and outdoor events requiring overnight rest
• Campers who prefer extra sleeping width for comfort

• Packed volume: 14 L for compact transport and storage
• Intended user: adult size (L)

How to use

Unpack the sleeping bag and allow it to loft before use to restore fill and insulation. Lay the bag on a suitable sleeping pad to prevent heat loss through the ground and to protect the shell fabric. Use the bag in temperatures close to its rated comfort range and combine with appropriate clothing and a liner if additional warmth is required. After use, air the bag if damp, then compress into its storage sack for transport. For long-term storage, keep the bag uncompressed in a dry, ventilated place to preserve loft and insulation performance.

Recommendations

Pair the Deuter Orbit +5° L with an insulating sleeping pad and a lightweight liner for nights near the lower end of the comfort range. For wetter or colder conditions, select a bag with a lower temperature rating or add insulated layers to maintain comfort.
