Compatibility with modern Android and iOS versions allows control from mobile devices and voice assistants when integrated into a full Hue system.

• Ambient lighting in living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas
• Accent and mood lighting with dynamic colours
• Task lighting in small spaces such as reading nooks or bedside lamps

Recommendations

Use in fixtures where the candle shape fits without obstructing airflow; avoid enclosed fittings unless the fixture is rated for LED bulbs. For whole-home automation and backup remote access, add a Hue Bridge to unlock full Zigbee functionality and multi-device scenes. Follow standard safety guidelines: switch off power during installation and use bulbs within recommended operating temperatures.
