Smart-display Amazon Echo Show 11 Graphite – Amazon spraakassistent met touchscreen en ingebouwde luidspreker

The Amazon Echo Show 11 Graphite is a smart display that integrates a touchscreen, built-in speaker and Amazon voice assistant into a single device for home use. It provides visual and voice access to music, video calls, weather, timers, routines and compatible smart home devices. The 11-inch screen presents album art, video, recipes and notifications, while the integrated speaker reproduces voice and media. The device is intended to streamline everyday tasks by combining hands-free voice control with a tactile display interface.

Advantages

The Echo Show 11 Graphite offers combined visual and voice interaction: you can use voice commands or tap the touchscreen to control music, call contacts, check the news and manage routines. Its integrated speaker delivers clear voice output and adequate audio for casual media playback, while the display shows contextual information, thumbnails and live camera feeds. The unit also works as a central interface for compatible smart home devices, enabling quick access to lights, thermostats and scenes through the screen or voice.

Suitable for

• Hands-free voice control of smart home devices and routines
• Video calls and messaging with contacts
• Watching short video clips, recipes and visual notifications
• Listening to music, radio and podcasts at moderate volume
• Kitchen, living room, bedroom or home office use where a compact smart display is useful

When it may not be suitable

The Echo Show 11 Graphite is not intended as a replacement for a dedicated high-fidelity speaker system or a large-screen tablet for prolonged video viewing. Its audio and display perform well for everyday tasks but may not meet the expectations of users seeking audiophile sound or a very large, high-resolution screen for cinematic playback.

Key specifications

• Screen size: approximately 11 inches touchscreen
• Integrated speaker for voice and media playback
• Voice assistant: Amazon Alexa with voice command support
• Functions: music playback, video calls, timers, routines, smart home control and visual notifications

How to use

Set the Echo Show 11 Graphite on a stable surface and follow the on-screen setup steps to connect it to a Wi‑Fi network and your Amazon account. Use voice commands to ask Alexa for music, information, timers and smart home control, or tap the touchscreen to select apps, call contacts and adjust settings. For video calls, select a contact or use voice to initiate a call; the built-in camera and microphone handle audio-visual communication. Manage compatible smart devices through the device’s Home view or routines configured in the Alexa app.

What to consider before purchase

• Requires a Wi‑Fi network and an Amazon account for full functionality
• Not optimized as a primary high-fidelity speaker or large-screen media device
• Compatibility depends on smart home devices and services that work with Amazon Alexa
• Privacy options (camera and microphone) are available; review settings if needed

Recommendations

Place the Echo Show 11 Graphite where both the screen and microphone can pick up voice and visuals easily, such as a kitchen counter or bedside table. Use the touchscreen for quick visual tasks and Alexa voice commands for hands-free operation. Keep the device connected to your home Wi‑Fi and update settings in the Alexa app to manage linked services and privacy preferences.
