Recommendations

For accurate health readings keep the watch worn snugly on the wrist during measurements and update firmware via the Da Fit app when updates are available. Use IP68 protection for everyday water exposure but avoid prolonged immersion in hot water or salt water. Consult a medical professional for interpretation of health data when needed.
