How to use

Charge the watch before first use and pair it with your phone via the companion app to enable notifications and initial settings. For route tracking, start an outdoor sport mode that uses the built-in GPS; the watch will record distance, pace and route independently of your phone. Use the touchscreen and physical controls (if present) to navigate menus, answer Bluetooth calls, and switch watch faces. Enable health monitoring features in the app to receive continuous heart rate, SpO2, sleep and stress data and to allow the STELIO AI Health Assistant to analyse activity and recovery.

Recommendations

For accurate GPS tracking, allow the watch a clear view of the sky before starting outdoor activities. Clean the sensor area regularly and follow water-resistance guidelines: 3 ATM protects against splashes and brief immersion but is not intended for diving. Charge periodically to maintain optimal battery health and update firmware via the companion app when updates are available.
