Snijplank joseph joseph Folio slank Large M Silver – meerkleurig, opvouwbaar design

Joseph Joseph Folio Slim Large M Silver is a multi-color, space-saving cutting board set designed for efficient food preparation. The set includes several slim boards that fit together for compact storage and unfold to provide a large working surface. Each board features a foldable pouring edge that channels chopped ingredients directly into pots, pans or bowls, reducing spillover during transfer. The color-coded design helps separate tasks such as raw meat, vegetables and fruit to minimise cross-contamination. Lightweight construction and a non-slip surface make the boards practical for everyday kitchen use.

Advantages

The slim, foldable design saves cupboard and countertop space while maintaining a large cutting area when needed. Color coding simplifies hygienic food handling by designating boards for different food types. Integrated pouring edges guide chopped ingredients cleanly into containers, reducing mess. Materials are lightweight yet durable for regular use, and the boards store neatly together in an upright position to save kitchen space.

Suitable for

• Preparing vegetables, fruits and herbs
• Cutting and portioning meat and poultry
• Chopping bread and cheese
• Batch meal prep and serving into pots or bowls

Key specifications

• Set of slim, interlocking cutting boards in multiple colours
• Large working surface when unfolded
• Foldable pouring edge for controlled transfer of chopped food
• Non-slip surface texture for safer cutting
• Lightweight, space-saving storage in upright position

How to use

Select the colour-coded board appropriate for the food type. Unfold the board to create the full cutting surface and use the integrated pouring edge to guide ingredients into pots or bowls as you transfer them. After use, wash the boards according to care instructions, allow them to dry, then nest them back together and store upright to save space. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and do not use as a chopping surface for extremely hard materials to preserve the board’s condition.

Recommendations

Use separate boards from the set for raw meat and ready-to-eat foods to reduce cross-contamination. Clean boards with warm soapy water after each use and allow them to air dry before storing. Do not place boards on direct heat sources or use them as trivets for hot cookware.
