SPAX universeelschroeven T20 verzonken kop WIROX 4,5 x 25 mm, 1000 stuks 1191010450255

Wood and panel materials often split or require pre-drilling with standard screws, slowing down assembly and weakening the joint. SPAX universal screws with a 4.5 mm diameter and 25 mm length eliminate these problems through a 4CUT point that reduces splitting and a ground serration thread that cuts quickly without pre-drilling in most woods. The T-STAR plus T20 drive ensures a secure bit fit and high torque transfer, while the WIROX coating provides durable corrosion protection without chromium(VI).

Who is it for

These screws are intended for professional carpenters, joiners, and demanding DIY enthusiasts who need reliable fastening in wood, chipboard, MDF, and similar construction materials. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications where enhanced corrosion resistance is required.

Main features

• 4CUT point reduces splitting and enables screwing without pre-drilling in most woods.
• Ground serrations on the thread reduce driving torque and increase speed.
• MULTI head with countersunk shape ensures a clean flush finish and prevents damage to the bit.
• T-STAR plus T20 drive provides a secure fit and optimal power transmission.
• WIROX surface coating offers high corrosion protection and is chromium(VI)-free.
• Partial thread design allows firm clamping of the upper workpiece.

Tips

Use a T20 bit for optimal fit and torque transfer. For hardwoods or when maximum precision is required, pre-drilling may still be recommended. Store screws in a dry place to maintain the coating's protective properties.
