Spuitpistool AWTools Mini HVLP 1,0 mm SGH10GF — gereedschap voor lak- en oppervlaktebehandeling

The AWTools Mini HVLP 1.0 mm SGH10GF is a compact spray gun designed for precise application of paints, lacquers and clear coats. Its high-volume low-pressure (HVLP) design reduces overspray while delivering fine atomization, making it suitable for small to medium repair jobs, furniture finishing, model making and automotive touch-ups. The 1.0 mm nozzle supports controlled material flow for thin to medium-viscosity coatings, enabling smoother surfaces and efficient material use. The lightweight construction and ergonomic shape facilitate comfortable handling during detailed work.

Advantages

The spray gun provides accurate spray control and consistent finish quality with reduced paint waste due to the HVLP principle. Its 1.0 mm nozzle balances coverage and detail, allowing both narrow lines and broader passes when needed. Compact dimensions and a reduced air consumption footprint make it convenient for workshop and mobile use. The device is compatible with a range of solvent- and water-based coatings appropriate for its nozzle size and pressure characteristics.

How to use

Prepare the coating material according to the manufacturer's recommendations for viscosity and filtration, and test spray on a disposable surface to confirm flow and pattern. Connect the spray gun to a suitable compressed air source, set the air pressure and fluid flow to achieve the desired atomization, and maintain a consistent spraying distance and speed to avoid runs or orange peel. Clean the nozzle and fluid passages after each use to maintain performance and prevent clogging.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, ensure adequate ventilation, and follow the coating manufacturer's instructions for thinning and flash-off times. For the best results with the 1.0 mm nozzle, select coatings within the recommended viscosity range and perform test passes to adjust air and fluid settings before committing to the final surface.
