Staafmixer Smeg HBF11BLEU zwart

The Smeg HBF11BLEU Black immersion blender combines classic Smeg design with practical performance for everyday kitchen tasks. Equipped with a 700 W motor and stainless steel blades, this handheld blender is intended for blending soups, sauces, purees and small-batch emulsions. A 1.5 m power cord and a lightweight plastic housing with an ergonomic handle make the unit convenient to operate and easy to manoeuvre over a range of preparation bowls and pots.

Advantages

The 700 W motor delivers steady power for smooth blending results while the variable rotational speed range from approximately 8,150 to 14,850 RPM provides control over texture and consistency. Stainless steel blades offer efficient cutting and improved durability for frequent use. The compact, handheld design and 0.85 kg weight reduce operator fatigue, and the combination of stainless steel and black finishes fits a variety of kitchen interiors.

Suitable for

• Blending hot soups directly in the pot
• Preparing sauces, dressings and mayonnaise
• Pureeing cooked vegetables and fruits
• Creating small-batch smoothies and milkshakes
• Mixing batter and light doughs in small quantities

How to use

Place the immersion blender into the food or liquid to be processed before switching it on to avoid splashing. Select the appropriate speed to match the texture you need: lower speeds for gentle mixing and higher speeds for fine puréeing or emulsifying. Move the blender smoothly through the mixture and lift it out briefly to allow air to escape if necessary. Turn the appliance off and disconnect from the power supply before removing, cleaning or changing accessories.

Recommendations

For best results when blending hot liquids, keep the blade guard fully submerged and use short pulses to reduce splattering. Allow very hot contents to settle slightly before processing and avoid running the motor continuously for long periods—use intermittent operation for prolonged tasks to prevent overheating. Clean the detachable parts according to manufacturer guidance and dry thoroughly before storage.
