How to use

Place the mixer on a stable, level surface and secure the mixing bowl and chosen attachment according to the user manual. Start at a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase speed as required for the recipe. Use lower speeds for gentle folding and higher speeds for kneading or whipping. Stop the mixer before changing attachments or removing the bowl, and allow moving parts to come to a complete stop. Clean attachments and bowl after use following manufacturer cleaning instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, measure ingredients accurately and avoid overfilling the bowl. Use the appropriate attachment for each task—a whisk for aeration, a dough hook for kneading, and a beater for general mixing. When preparing dense doughs, use intermittent mixing and allow the motor to rest to prevent overheating. Regularly check and clean vents to maintain quiet operation.
