Steinel bewegingsmelder IS 2180 ECO SW (034702)

The Steinel IS 2180 ECO SW stands out with its 180° detection angle and 12 m reach, making it ideal for covering large outdoor areas with a single sensor. Unlike basic motion detectors, it offers precise twilight and time adjustments, ensuring reliable activation only when needed.

Highlights

• Passive infrared sensor with 180° detection angle and 12 m tangential reach
• Adjustable twilight threshold (2–2000 lux) and time delay (8 s – 35 min)
• Wall or corner mounting with included bracket, IP54 rated for outdoor use
• Switches up to 1000 W resistive or 500 W LED/fluorescent loads

In daily use

Mount the IS 2180 ECO SW at 1.8–4 m height for optimal coverage. The sensor head swivels 80° horizontally and tilts 30° vertically, allowing you to direct detection precisely. Its UV-resistant plastic housing withstands temperatures from -20°C to +50°C, ensuring year-round performance.
