Stekkerdoos AS Schwabe 38606 — 6-voudige stekkerdoos met schakelaar, zwart/blauw

The AS Schwabe 38606 power strip is a 6-socket electrical extension in a black and blue housing with an integrated on/off switch. It provides six grounded mains outlets to connect multiple devices from a single wall socket, simplifying cable management and centralising power control. The compact rectangular design fits under desks, behind entertainment centers, or in workshops where a reliable multi-socket extension is required.

Advantages

The unit offers six individually available sockets arranged along a single housing for convenient connection of several appliances or electronic devices. The integrated on/off switch allows quick power cut-off for all connected devices at once, reducing standby consumption and making it easier to control power without unplugging cords. The black and blue housing is durable and suited to visible or semi-visible locations, while the grounded outlets provide safe earthing for compatible equipment.

How to use

Place the power strip on a stable, dry surface near a mains wall outlet, ensuring the cable reaches the socket without tension. Insert plugs fully into the grounded sockets and use the integrated switch to power all connected devices on or off as required. Avoid stacking heavy objects on the housing and do not cover the strip while in use to prevent heat buildup. Disconnect the power strip from the mains before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

Recommendations

Do not exceed the combined rated current of connected devices; check the ratings on your appliances and avoid using the strip for high-power single appliances such as large heaters. For prolonged or permanent installations, ensure adequate ventilation and do not route the cable across walkways. Use the switch to cut power when devices are not in use to reduce standby consumption.
