Stijve gladde elektrische installatiebuis STASIŃSKI RL-28, wit, 28 mm diameter, 2 m lengte (verpakking 25 stuks)

Rigid smooth electrical conduit STASIŃSKI RL-28 is a white, straight-run PVC conduit with a nominal 28 mm inner diameter and a 2 m length, supplied in a pack of 25 pieces. The conduit is intended for protecting and routing electrical cables in fixed indoor installations, offering a non-flexible, dimensionally stable pathway for wiring inside walls, ceilings and industrial enclosures. The smooth internal surface facilitates cable pulling while the white finish suits installations where a neat, unobtrusive appearance is required.

Advantages

The rigid construction provides stable mechanical protection against crushing and impact compared with flexible alternatives. The smooth inner bore reduces friction for easier cable installation and pulling. Consistent dimensions and straight runs simplify planning and ensure reliable alignment in conduit systems. The white PVC material resists typical indoor moisture and is easy to cut and join with standard fittings used in electrical installations.

Suitable for

• Fixed indoor electrical installations in residential and commercial buildings
• Routing power and control cables inside walls and suspended ceilings
• Use in electrical distribution enclosures and service ducts
• Applications requiring rigid, non-flexible conduit runs with a neat finish

Key specifications

• Material: rigid PVC
• Nominal internal diameter: 28 mm
• Length per piece: 2 m
• Colour: white
• Pack contents: 25 conduit pieces
• Surface: smooth internal bore for reduced cable friction
• Construction: straight, rigid conduit for fixed installations

How to use

Measure and mark the required conduit runs, then cut each 2 m piece to length using a fine-toothed saw or PVC cutter. Deburr and clean cut ends before assembling with compatible rigid conduit fittings and adhesive or mechanical couplers as specified for the installation. Route cables through the conduit using a pulling cord or fish tape, taking care to avoid sharp bends that exceed recommended bending radii for rigid conduit systems. Secure conduits to structural surfaces with appropriate clamps or brackets at regular intervals to maintain alignment and mechanical protection.

Recommendations

For indoor fixed wiring, combine this rigid conduit with compatible STASIŃSKI or industry-standard junction boxes and couplings. Ensure cable fill limits and local electrical codes are observed; avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high-temperature sources that could affect PVC properties. When installing in areas prone to moisture, verify that fittings and terminations maintain required ingress protection levels.
