Strijkijzer Maestro MR-317T

The Iron Maestro MR-317T is a corded household iron designed to deliver reliable wrinkle removal for everyday garments. It runs on standard mains voltage and offers variable power within a moderate range, combining a lightweight body and a non-stick soleplate to support smooth gliding across different fabrics. Adjustable temperature settings let you match heat levels to fabric types, making the iron suitable for cotton, linen, synthetics and delicate blends.

Advantages

The iron’s lightweight construction reduces wrist fatigue during extended ironing sessions while the non-stick soleplate minimizes sticking and snagging. Adjustable temperature control provides flexibility for a range of textiles, and the specified power range ensures steady heat output for efficient crease removal. The compact form factor makes storage simple and handling convenient in typical household environments.

Suitable for

• Everyday household ironing of shirts, blouses and trousers
• Ironing bed linen, tablecloths and lightweight curtains
• Touch-ups on synthetic and blended fabrics using lower temperature settings
• Frequent quick ironing tasks where easy handling is preferred

Key specifications

• Voltage: 220–240 V
• Frequency: 50 Hz
• Power: 900–1100 W
• Soleplate: non-stick surface for smooth gliding
• Design: lightweight handheld body for easier maneuvering
• Temperature control: adjustable settings for multiple fabric types

How to use

Plug the iron into a compatible 220–240 V, 50 Hz outlet and set the temperature control according to the garment care label. Allow the soleplate to preheat to the selected setting before ironing. For delicate fabrics, start at a lower temperature and increase only if necessary. Glide the iron evenly across the fabric, using steady pressure and avoiding prolonged contact in one spot. After use, switch the iron off, unplug it and allow it to cool completely before storing.

Recommendations

Use the lowest effective temperature for delicate or synthetic fabrics and test on an inconspicuous area if unsure. Always follow garment care labels and keep the iron on a stable, heat-resistant surface while in use. Regularly clean the non-stick soleplate according to the manufacturer’s instructions to maintain optimum glide and prevent residue build-up.
