Striptang Cimco 100746 grijs

The Cimco 100746 Grey cable stripper is a compact hand tool engineered for precise removal of outer insulation on small cables. Designed with an ergonomic grey body, it accepts cables with a maximum outer diameter of 4.4 mm and a minimum length for stripping of 7 mm. Supplied as a single unit per pack, this cable stripper is intended for routine electrical and installation work where controlled, repeatable stripping is required.

Advantages

The tool's compact ergonomics provide comfortable one-handed operation and reduce hand fatigue during repeated use. Its cutting and stripping geometry is configured for accurate insulation removal to help protect conductor integrity. The product is sold individually, facilitating easy replacement or stocking for professional tool kits and DIY sets.

Suitable for

• Stripping insulation from small electrical cables (up to 4.4 mm outer diameter)
• Electrical installation and maintenance tasks
• DIY projects involving wires and cable preparation
• Workshops and professional tool kits requiring a compact cable stripper

Key specifications

• Maximum cable capacity: 4.4 mm outer diameter
• Minimum stripping length: 7 mm
• Color and finish: grey ergonomic body
• Pack content: one cable stripper per pack

How to use

Select the cable to be stripped and ensure it falls within the tool's maximum diameter. Position the cable into the stripper according to the manufacturer's alignment guide, clamp the tool around the insulation and rotate or slide as required to cut the outer jacket without damaging the conductor. Then remove the cut section to expose the required length of conductor for termination or connection. Exercise normal care with hand tools and keep fingers away from the cutting edge.

Recommendations

Use the Cimco 100746 Grey cable stripper only for cables within the specified diameter range. Inspect the tool prior to use for wear or damage and replace if cutting accuracy declines. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when working with energized circuits and follow local electrical safety practices.
