Stroomkabel type F ShiverPeaks C13 1,8 m zwart

The ShiverPeaks Type F C13 power cable is a 1.8 meter black mains lead designed to provide a secure power connection between a Type F (Schuko) wall outlet and equipment fitted with an IEC C13 inlet. Rated for use with 230 V supply, the cable is intended for use with a wide range of computers, monitors, printers, audio equipment and other electronics that accept a C13 connector. Constructed to meet BS60006-RA quality guidelines, this lead combines standard compatibility with practical length for desktop and office setups.

Advantages

This power cable offers a standardized connection that is widely compatible with many consumer and professional electronic devices using the IEC C13 inlet. The 1.8 m length provides flexibility in device placement without excess cable clutter. The molded connectors and durable outer sheath are designed to resist daily wear and ensure consistent electrical contact. The black finish provides a neutral appearance suitable for home, office or studio environments.

Suitable for

• Desktop computers and workstations
• LCD/LED monitors and all-in-one PCs
• Printers, scanners and similar office peripherals
• AV equipment, amplifiers and powered speakers
• Server racks and networking devices with C13 inlets

Key specifications

• Connector A: Type F (Schuko) mains plug for 230 V outlets
• Connector B: IEC C13 coupler for equipment inlets
• Length: 1.8 m
• Color: Black
• Standards: manufactured to meet BS60006-RA quality guidelines
• Suitable voltage: 230 V nominal

How to use

Ensure the device to be powered is switched off before connecting. Insert the IEC C13 connector firmly into the device inlet and plug the Type F plug into a compatible 230 V wall socket. Verify the connection is secure and free of tension or sharp bends along the cable. When disconnecting, pull the connector bodies rather than the cable to avoid strain. Regularly inspect the cable for visible damage and replace if the sheath or connectors are worn.

Recommendations

Use this cable indoors with devices rated for 230 V. Avoid placing the cable under carpets, in high-traffic walkways, or near heat sources. For rack-mounted equipment, route the cable to prevent sharp bends and secure excess length with appropriate ties. Replace the cable if any insulation damage, exposed conductors or connector deformation is observed.
