Stylus-pen Dell Premier Rechargeable JC72Y — 4096 drukpunten, oplaadbare actieve pen

Dell Premier Rechargeable Active Pen JC72Y is a rechargeable stylus offering 4096 pressure sensitivity levels for precise handwriting, drawing and navigation on compatible touch devices. The pen is designed to deliver fine input control and a natural pen-on-screen feel, with support for palm rejection and tilt detection where the host device provides matching functionality. Its rechargeable battery avoids disposable cells and provides extended use for daily note-taking, sketching and professional creative tasks.

Advantages

The stylus provides a high-resolution pressure curve with 4096 levels to enable subtle line variation and accurate pressure-dependent brush control. Rechargeability simplifies maintenance and reduces waste compared with single-use batteries. Built-in palm rejection and low-latency input enhance comfort and precision during extended writing or drawing sessions. The pen’s balanced weight and responsive tip aim to mimic familiar pen-on-paper dynamics for a natural user experience.

Suitable for

• Handwritten notes and annotations on compatible Dell and Windows touch devices
• Sketching, illustration and digital painting where pressure sensitivity matters
• Document markup, form filling and precise on-screen navigation
• Students and professionals who require a rechargeable active stylus

Key specifications

• Pressure sensitivity: 4096 distinct levels for pressure-based input
• Power: internal rechargeable battery with USB charging (adapter/cable depend on device packaging)
• Compatibility: designed for compatible touchscreens supporting active pen protocols on supported Dell and Windows systems
• Input features: palm rejection and tilt detection support when enabled by the host device
• Physical characteristics: pen-shaped form factor with tactile tip and programmable buttons (functionality depends on host support)

How to use

Charge the stylus before first use using the supplied cable or compatible USB charger until the indicator shows a full charge. Pair or enable the pen according to your device’s instructions if wireless pairing is required; otherwise, the stylus functions as an active input when the host device recognizes active pen input. Use the tip for writing and drawing, and the programmable buttons for shortcuts if supported by your device’s driver or application. Store the stylus in a safe place and keep the tip clean to maintain consistent performance.

Recommendations

To ensure the best performance, keep your device’s firmware and pen drivers up to date, follow manufacturer charging guidance, and use compatible screen protectors that do not interfere with active pen sensors. Replace the tip only with recommended replacements if wear affects input accuracy.
