Synergy21 S215912 actieve optische HDMI-kabel 8K60Hz 15m (ST/ST)

For AV integrators and home cinema enthusiasts running 8K signals over long distances, this 15-meter active optical HDMI cable from Synergy21 delivers uncompromised Ultra HD performance. The hybrid fiber-copper construction ensures reliable transmission of 8K60Hz and 4K120Hz video with dynamic HDR, eARC, and VRR, making it ideal for conference rooms, digital signage, and high-end media setups where standard copper cables fall short.

Key specifications

• Length: 15 meters (49.2 ft) – perfect for long runs in walls, ceilings, or between equipment racks
• HDMI 2.1 compliant with 48 Gbps bandwidth – supports 8K (7680x4320) at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz
• Active Optical Cable (AOC) technology – fiber optic data transmission with copper power wires, immune to EMI
• Connectors: HDMI Type A male to HDMI Type A male, gold-plated for corrosion resistance
• Supports Dynamic HDR (HDR10+, HLG), eARC, VRR, ALLM, QFT, QMS, and HDCP 2.3
• Bus-powered from HDMI port – no external power supply needed
• Directional design: source and display ends clearly marked for correct installation

Why choose it

Unlike passive HDMI cables that suffer signal degradation beyond 5 meters, this active optical cable maintains full 48 Gbps bandwidth over its entire 15-meter length. The fiber optic core is immune to electromagnetic interference, ensuring flawless video and audio even in electrically noisy environments. Its slim, flexible construction makes it easy to route through conduits and tight spaces, while the robust connectors withstand repeated plugging.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting an 8K source (PC, game console, media player) to a projector or display in a home theater
• Professional AV installations in boardrooms, lecture halls, and digital signage networks
• Long-distance runs in studios or broadcast environments where signal integrity is critical
• Gaming setups requiring 4K120Hz with VRR and ALLM for smooth, low-latency play

Good to know

The cable is plug-and-play, requiring no drivers or configuration. It is backward compatible with earlier HDMI versions, so it works with 1080p and 4K devices as well. For best results, ensure the source and display both support HDMI 2.1 features. The cable is directional: connect the marked 'Source' end to the transmitting device and the 'Display' end to the receiving device.
