SYNERGY21 S217082V2 OM4 multimode glasvezel trunk-kabel, 8 vezels, LC naar LC, 130 m, LSZH, binnen/buiten, op haspel

Data center technicians deploying high-density backbone links between distribution areas will find this 130-meter OM4 trunk cable a practical choice. It bundles eight 50/125 µm multimode fibers in a single LSZH jacket, with LC connectors pre-terminated on both ends for fast patching into cassettes or panels. The U-DQ(ZN)BH construction is non-metallic and rodent-resistant, allowing use in riser, tray, or outdoor duct runs without additional conduit.

Why choose it

OM4 fiber supports 10G, 40G, and 100G Ethernet up to 150 meters at 850 nm, making this trunk suitable for backbone aggregation in medium to large data centers. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke in case of fire, and the rodent-resistant design adds durability in challenging pathways. Pre-terminated LC connectors save field termination time and ensure consistent insertion loss.

Ideal use cases

• Data center backbone cabling between MDA and HDA
• High-density fiber distribution in colocation facilities
• Indoor/outdoor campus links within 130 m
• Upgrading legacy OM3 trunks to OM4 for higher bandwidth

Good to know

The cable is supplied on a drum for easy deployment. U-DQ(ZN)BH construction indicates a universal, non-metallic, rodent-protected, halogen-free design suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Always verify bend radius and pulling tension limits during installation to maintain performance.
