Tips

To get the most out of your DS223, set up Synology Hybrid RAID (SHR) for automatic redundancy—if one drive fails, your data remains safe. Use the USB ports to back up the NAS to external drives or connect a UPS for power protection. Explore DSM packages like Synology Drive for file sync, Moments for photo management, and Surveillance Station for home security. Keep the NAS in a well-ventilated area to ensure optimal cooling and longevity.
