T-shirt-transferfotopapier ColorWay PTD120005A4 — A4, 120 g/m², 5 vel (voor donkere stoffen)

ColorWay PTD120005A4 is A4-format T-shirt transfer photo paper designed for dark fabrics. This 5-sheet pack of 120 g/m² paper is formulated for inkjet printers to reproduce vibrant colours and sharp details on textile surfaces. The paper is intended for transferring printed images onto dark T-shirts, bags and other textile items where a light-on-dark effect is required.

Advantages

The paper provides high opacity and a transfer layer optimized for inkjet inks, helping preserve colour saturation and fine detail after transfer. Sheets are sized to A4 for compatibility with a wide range of home and office inkjet printers. The 120 g/m² weight offers a balance between handling stability during printing and effective adhesion during heat transfer.

Suitable for

• Personalising dark-coloured cotton and cotton-blend T-shirts
• Creating custom designs on bags, aprons and textile accessories
• Small-scale production of promotional items and custom merchandise
• Hobby and craft projects requiring durable, photo-quality transfers

Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Paper weight: 120 g/m²
• Pack quantity: 5 sheets
• Compatible printing technology: inkjet
• Intended fabric type: dark textiles (cotton and cotton blends)

How to use

Print your design using an inkjet printer on the printable side of the sheet, following mirror/flip settings if required by the transfer method. Allow printed sheets to dry completely before transfer to avoid ink smudging. Position the printed sheet on the textile surface and apply heat using an iron or heat press according to the transfer paper and textile manufacturer's recommended temperature, pressure and time settings. After cooling, peel the carrier according to the instructions for the transfer type to reveal the transferred image.

Recommendations

For best results, test the transfer on a sample fabric to verify printer settings, drying time and heat application. Use high-resolution images and appropriate colour profiles for inkjet printing to achieve accurate colour reproduction. Follow textile care instructions after transfer; typically washing inside out at low temperatures preserves image quality.
