Takenschaar Fiskars 111440 bypass zwart — Fiskars 1001534 (hand-tuinschaar, bypass, zwart)

Fiskars pruning shears are ergonomic, easy-to-use bypass shears designed for precise cutting of fresh wood. The shears feature stainless steel blades and durable handles made from fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, and include a locking mechanism for safe storage. Length: 201 mm. Model: Pruning Shears Fiskars 111440 Bypass Black (MPN 1001534, EAN 6411501964403).

Advantages

The ergonomic handles provide a comfortable grip and are made from a strong fiberglass and polyamide composite for long-lasting use. Stainless steel blades stay sharp for accurate, clean cuts. The integrated lock secures the blades when not in use. Fingerloop design enhances grip control, and the PowerGear mechanism (in applicable models) multiplies cutting force to reduce hand effort. PowerStep technology offers progressive cutting in one, two or three stages to lower required force and minimize strain.

Suitable for

• Pruning fresh shoots and branches
• General garden maintenance and trimming
• Detailed work close to the branch base

How to use

Hold the shears with a firm grip and position the blades around the branch close to the base for a clean cut. Squeeze the handles evenly until the blade passes through the wood. After cutting, engage the locking mechanism to keep the blades closed during storage. For tools with PowerGear or PowerStep, allow the mechanism to progress through its stages naturally during the cut to benefit from reduced hand force.

Recommendations

Use these pruning shears on live, non-woody or fresh woody shoots. Keep blades clean and dry after use and sharpen or service blades as needed to maintain cutting performance. Store locked and out of reach of children.
