How to use

Grip the plier by the insulated handles and adjust the brass screw to set the desired opening for the cable diameter. Use the jaws to hold, strip or position cables within the 0.8–6.0 mm² range. The opening stop and spring assist in controlled one-hand operation. Follow standard safe working practices when working on or near live circuits; only use the insulation for voltage protection up to the specified rating.

Recommendations

Inspect the tool before use for any damage to the VDE sleeves or chrome finish. Do not exceed the rated cable size or voltage protection. Clean and lightly lubricate the pivot periodically and store the plier dry to maintain performance and insulation properties.
