Techly ICOC-HDMI-4-EXT075 HDMI-kabel 7,5 m HDMI Type-A (standaard) zwart

The Techly ICOC-HDMI-4-EXT075 is a 7.5 m HDMI cable with standard HDMI Type A connectors at both ends, designed to connect TVs, monitors, projectors and AV receivers over extended distances. It supports data transfer speeds up to 10 Gbit/s and includes an Audio Return Channel (ARC) capability for simplified audio routing. Gold-plated contacts and a black jacket provide improved conductivity and a discreet appearance for home and professional AV setups.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides stable high-speed signal transmission up to 10 Gbit/s suitable for high-definition video and multi-channel audio. The integrated Audio Return Channel reduces the need for a separate audio cable when connecting compatible devices. Gold-plated contacts help resist corrosion and maintain consistent contact quality over time. The 7.5 m length enables flexible placement of displays and source devices without relying on wireless transmission.

Suitable for

• Connecting HDTVs to set-top boxes, Blu-ray players or media players
• Linking monitors or projectors to desktops and laptops for presentations or extended displays
• Home theatre setups where devices are positioned at a moderate distance
• AV receivers and soundbars that utilise ARC for simplified audio return

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connector type: HDMI Type A to HDMI Type A (standard)
• Maximum data transfer rate: 10 Gbit/s
• Audio Return Channel (ARC): supported
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A connector to the HDMI output of the source device (for example a set-top box, Blu-ray player or laptop) and the other connector to the HDMI input on the display device (TV, monitor or projector). If using ARC functionality, ensure the display and audio device support ARC and enable the ARC option in each device's audio settings. Route the cable without tight bends and avoid sharp kinks; secure excess length to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable run free from strong electromagnetic sources such as large power transformers or unshielded mains cables. When planning a home theatre or AV installation, test the ARC feature with both devices to confirm audio return settings and consult device manuals for any additional configuration steps.
