• Cooking fries, nuggets, fish fingers, and breaded vegetables
• Occasional use for appetizers and snacks during gatherings
• Kitchen setups where counter space is limited

Key specifications

• Oil capacity: 2 litres
• Maximum batch weight: up to 0.6 kg
• Power: 1500 W
• Housing material: stainless steel
• Control type: rotary temperature control
• Design: freestanding countertop unit with removable basket

How to use

Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface and pour oil into the container up to the indicated level. Insert the frying basket, add the items to be fried (up to 0.6 kg), and set the rotary control to the required temperature. Allow the oil to reach the set temperature before lowering the basket into the oil. Monitor cooking time and lift the basket to drain excess oil when the food reaches the desired crispness. Switch off the unit and allow the oil to cool before removing the basket and performing cleaning or oil change procedures.

Recommendations

Use oils with an appropriate smoke point for deep frying and avoid overfilling the basket to ensure even cooking. For longer oil life, filter or strain oil after it cools and store it in a clean container. Ensure the fryer is fully cooled and unplugged before cleaning; wipe the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and clean removable parts according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.
