Telefoonkabel ShiverPeaks 70055-20 – TAE (F) naar Western (RJ11) stekker, patchkabel

ShiverPeaks 70055-20 is a telephone connection cable with a TAE (female) connector at one end and a Western (RJ11) plug at the other, intended as a patch lead for connecting telephones, fax machines or analog modems to TAE wall sockets. The cable provides a standard wired interface for voice and low-speed data transmission and is suitable for home and small office environments. With a length of 20.0 m, it allows flexible placement of devices while maintaining a reliable analog connection.

Advantages

The cable combines a TAE (female) connector and a Western (RJ11) plug to ensure compatibility with common German TAE wall sockets and devices using RJ11 interfaces. Its 20.0 m length gives users extended reach without the need for additional adapters, and the patch-lead design supports straightforward, tool-free installation. The construction is intended to provide stable signal transfer for voice calls and analog data devices over a single pair or two pairs as required by the connected equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting landline telephones to TAE wall sockets
• Linking fax machines to telephone outlets
• Connecting analog modems and terminal devices
• Temporary or fixed patching in home and small office telephony setups

Key specifications

• Connector A: TAE (female)
• Connector B: Western (RJ11) plug
• Cable length: 20.0 m
• Usage: voice and low-speed analog data transmission
• Typical conductor count: compatible with 2-conductor or 4-conductor telephone wiring

How to use

Insert the TAE (female) end into a TAE wall socket and plug the RJ11 into the telephone, fax or modem device. Arrange the cable along walls or under desks to avoid tripping hazards and prevent sharp bends that could affect signal quality. No special tools are required for connection; ensure both connectors are fully seated to establish a secure electrical contact.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources such as large power supplies or unshielded mains cables. Avoid stretching the cable and keep connectors dry and clean. If using with devices that require two-wire or four-wire connections, verify the device wiring standard and test the line after connection to confirm correct operation.
