Telefoonkabel ShiverPeaks BS12-09266 6m wit

The ShiverPeaks BS12-09266 6m White telephone cable connects devices with a TAE (F) socket to equipment using an RJ-45 jack. At 6 metres length, the cable provides sufficient reach for home or office installations where telephone lines or certain networked telephony devices require a mixed-connector lead. The white jacket and flexible construction make the cable easy to route along walls, skirting boards or through furniture openings while maintaining reliable signal transmission.

Advantages

This telephone cable offers a clear pairing of TAE (F) to RJ-45 terminations designed for compatibility with legacy German telephone sockets and equipment that accept modular RJ-style plugs. Its 6 m length balances reach and manageability, reducing the need for adapters or additional extensions. The cable’s outer sheath is flexible to facilitate installation in limited spaces and to minimise strain at connector ends, helping to preserve contact integrity and maintain stable call and data connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting a telephone handset or base with a TAE (F) plug to a device with an RJ-45 jack
• Wired telephony setups in homes, small offices and reception areas
• Replacing a worn or missing mixed-connector cable between legacy sockets and modern telephony equipment
• Temporary or semi-permanent cable runs where a 6 m length is sufficient

Key specifications

• Length: 6 metres
• Color: White
• Connector A: TAE (F)
• Connector B: RJ-45
• Construction: Flexible insulated cable with molded connector boots

How to use

Insert the TAE (F) plug into the corresponding telephone wall socket or device port until it clicks into place. Insert the RJ-45 plug into the compatible jack on your telephone base, modem or other telephony device, ensuring correct orientation and a secure fit. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; if necessary, use cable clips or ties to keep the run tidy and prevent strain on the connectors. Verify the connection by placing a test call or checking device status indicators.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to mains power lines to reduce electromagnetic interference. Keep connector ends dry and free of dust; when installing near doorways or high-traffic areas, secure the cable with low-profile clips to prevent accidental disconnection or wear. If using with equipment from a different country, confirm compatibility of the TAE (F) and RJ-45 pairing with the device’s interface before installation.
