Telefoonkabel ShiverPeaks TC 76106 4-aderig plat 100 m zwart

ShiverPeaks TC 76106 is a 4‑wire flat telephone cable supplied on a 100 m roll in black. Designed for voice and low‑speed data telephony installations, its flat construction allows streamlined routing under carpets, along skirting boards and through narrow gaps. The cable is intended for indoor use and provides reliable signal transmission for analog telephones, fax machines and other low-bandwidth devices over short to medium distances.

Advantages

The flat 4‑wire design reduces bulk and makes the cable easier to conceal compared with round cables. A 100 m roll minimizes joins in typical residential and small-office runs, reducing potential signal loss points. Black sheath material resists scuffs and blends with darker interiors, while the conductor and insulation arrangement is optimized for clear voice communication and stable low‑speed data connections.

Key specifications

How to use

Measure the required run length and cut the cable from the roll, allowing extra for terminations and routing. Strip the outer sheath and individual conductors to expose the cores, then terminate with the appropriate connectors or punch down onto a terminal block according to the device or wall plate specifications. Route the flat cable along skirting boards or beneath carpets, ensuring it is not pinched or sharply bent; avoid placing heavy furniture directly on top of the cable to prevent conductor damage. For longer runs, verify signal quality after installation and add repeaters or alternative wiring if required.

Recommendations

Use the cable only for indoor telephony and low‑speed data purposes. Maintain bend radii consistent with the flat profile, avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, and do not subject the cable to mechanical stress or excessive heat. For installations requiring higher bandwidth, shielding, or outdoor durability, choose a cable type designed for those conditions.
