Why choose it

This cable is built to handle high-speed data transfer without interference. The S/FTP shielding protects against alien crosstalk and EMI, ensuring stable 10GbE connections even in dense cable bundles. The LSZH jacket adds safety in case of fire, producing minimal smoke and no halogen gases, which is crucial for enclosed spaces like server rooms. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain reliable connectivity over time.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting 10G switches to servers in data centres
• Patch panel to switch links in structured cabling systems
• High-bandwidth workstation connections for video editing or CAD
• PoE-powered devices such as IP cameras or wireless access points

Good to know

The cable is wired to TIA/EIA-568B standard and features a stranded conductor design for flexibility, making it easy to route in tight spaces. It comes in a neutral grey colour that blends with most environments. Telegärtner is known for precision-manufactured connectivity products, and this cable meets rigorous performance standards for Cat6a.
