Tesa 4651 19 mm x 50 m grijs

Tesa 4651 19 mm x 50 m Grey is a multi-purpose adhesive tape designed for general fixing, bundling and light repair tasks. The tape combines a cloth-based carrier with a pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated to deliver consistent tack and long-lasting hold on a variety of surfaces. With a width of 19 mm and a roll length of 50 m, this grey tape is suitable for workshop, office and household use as well as temporary outdoor applications where a reliable, easy-to-tear tape is required.

Advantages

The cloth carrier provides dimensional stability and a textured surface that improves handling and tearability by hand. The adhesive offers good initial tack and maintains adhesion on common materials such as paper, cardboard, some plastics and painted surfaces. The grey colour allows discreet repairs and markings without being overly conspicuous. The roll format (50 m) reduces the need for frequent replacements for routine tasks.

Suitable for

• Sealing, bundling and temporary fixing of cables and hoses
• Repairing tears in cardboard, fabric or light-duty materials
• Marking and colour-coding in workshops or storage areas
• Temporary outdoor patches and weather-protected repairs

Key specifications

• Width: 19 mm
• Length: 50 m
• Colour: grey
• Carrier: cloth-based (textile) carrier for hand-tearability
• Adhesive: pressure-sensitive adhesive for general-purpose bonding
• Application temperature range: suitable for common indoor and short-term outdoor use

How to use

Clean and dry the application surface before applying the tape to ensure best adhesion. Measure and cut the required length by tearing by hand or using scissors. Press the tape firmly onto the surface to activate the adhesive and smooth out any air pockets. For bundling, wrap the tape with slight tension to secure items, and for repairs, overlap tape edges to fully cover the damaged area. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures for longer-lasting performance.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use the tape on clean, dust-free surfaces and apply pressure along the entire length after placement. For heavy-duty or permanent outdoor applications, consider a specialist outdoor or high-strength tape designed for prolonged weather resistance.
