For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease before applying the tape. Press the tape down firmly, especially along the edges, to prevent paint bleed. Remove the tape at a 45-degree angle after painting, while the paint is still slightly wet or after it has fully dried, depending on the paint type.
