Thermo-etiketten NIIMBOT ER1425-240 A2G88788901 — 240 etiketten per rol

Thermal labels NIIMBOT ER1425-240 A2G88788901 — 240 labels per roll are direct thermal pre-cut labels supplied on a compact core for immediate use with compatible direct thermal printers. Each roll contains 240 evenly spaced labels sized and wound for smooth feeding, eliminating the need for ink, toner or ribbons. The roll format is intended for convenient installation in NIIMBOT portable and desktop label printers as well as in other direct thermal printers with matching roll dimensions.

Advantages

These thermal labels use heat-sensitive facestock that produces sharp, readable text and barcodes without consumable inks, reducing ongoing operating costs and simplifying maintenance. The pre-cut format and consistent die-cutting provide reliable sensor detection and accurate label placement during high-speed or intermittent printing. The compact roll design allows for space-saving storage and quick replacement when servicing shipping, inventory or retail labeling tasks.

Suitable for

• Shipping and parcel labeling
• Inventory tags and shelf labeling
• Retail price and barcode labels
• Small-business packaging and order fulfillment
• Portable and desktop direct thermal printers compatible with the roll size

Key specifications

• Printing technology: direct thermal (no ink/toner required)
• Labels per roll: 240 pre-cut labels
• Roll format: compact wound roll designed for drop-in loading
• Die-cut labels: consistent perforation for accurate sensor detection
• Face material: heat-sensitive thermal paper suitable for short- to medium-term labeling

How to use

Install the roll into a compatible direct thermal printer following the printer manufacturer's instructions for roll orientation and sensor alignment. Ensure the printer is set to direct thermal mode and the correct label height and gap settings are configured in the printer driver or device menu. Load the label roll so the thermal face is exposed to the print head, perform a test print to verify alignment and print quality, and adjust darkness or speed settings if necessary.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity to preserve thermal sensitivity and prevent premature darkening. Avoid exposure to oils, solvents or extreme heat. For optimal barcode and text longevity, minimize contact with abrasive surfaces and avoid prolonged outdoor exposure.
