Toetsenbord Logickeyboard Avid Pro Tools QWERTZ Duits zwart zilver

The Logickeyboard Avid Pro Tools QWERTZ German Black Silver is a full‑size wired keyboard created specifically for use with Pro Tools on systems that benefit from a German QWERTZ layout. It connects via USB and includes a 1.5 m cable, combining a familiar compact profile with clear, application‑focused legends. The two‑tone silver and black finish offers a professional look while the full‑size keyset preserves standard typing feel and modifier placements required for digital audio workstations.

Advantages

This keyboard provides immediate access to Pro Tools functions through logic‑labelled keys optimized for audio production workflows, reducing time spent searching menus. The wired USB connection ensures stable, low‑latency input suitable for recording sessions and editing. Its full‑size form factor maintains conventional key spacing for accurate typing and shortcut usage, while the German QWERTZ layout matches regional typing habits and special character access. The durable construction and clear legends improve long‑term readability in studio environments.

How to use

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on your computer and allow the operating system to recognize the device. Open Avid Pro Tools and confirm that the keyboard shortcuts correspond to the printed labels; no additional drivers are normally required for basic functionality. Use the Pro Tools marked keys to navigate sessions, control transport, and access common editing commands. For optimal results, position the keyboard at a comfortable height and angle to maintain consistent hand placement during editing and recording.

Recommendations

Use a direct USB port on the host computer rather than a hub when low latency and uninterrupted input are critical. Keep the keyboard clean and free of dust; wipe surfaces with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid liquids near the electronics. If you work across multiple languages or systems, verify OS keyboard settings to ensure the QWERTZ layout is active and shortcuts in Pro Tools map as expected.
