Tonerresttonerreservoir Canon 0942C002 voor Canon i-SENSYS/ imageCLASS, bereik 54.000 pagina's

The Canon toner collector 0942C002 is an internal consumable designed to capture residual toner particles in Canon i-SENSYS and imageCLASS colour laser printers. Intended for use with models such as LBP-710cx, LBP-712cx and LBP-712cdn, this collector helps prevent toner spills inside the machine and supports consistent print quality over long print runs. The specified collection capacity corresponds to an estimated page yield of 54,000 pages, making it suitable for environments with moderate to high colour printing demands.

Advantages

This toner collector reduces the risk of internal toner contamination and associated maintenance interventions, helping to maintain stable colour output and reduce the likelihood of print defects caused by excess residual toner. By containing and consolidating waste toner, it supports straightforward replacement during routine servicing and contributes to prolonging the reliable operation of the printer.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance and scheduled part replacement in office colour laser printers
• High-volume colour print workflows where consistent quality is required
• Environments aiming to reduce internal toner contamination and machine downtime

Key specifications

• Compatible with Canon i-SENSYS LBP-710cx, LBP-712cx and imageCLASS LBP-712cdn series
• Collection capacity aligned with an estimated 54,000-page yield
• Form factor designed for internal installation within the printer waste toner compartment
• Material and sealing designed to retain loose toner particles and prevent spill-back

How to use

Install the toner collector according to the printer service instructions or user maintenance guide: power off the printer, open the designated access panel, remove the spent collector and carefully insert the replacement unit until it seats securely. Dispose of the removed collector following local regulations for toner-containing consumables. After replacement, close the access panel and perform any recommended machine checks or test prints to confirm correct installation and restored print quality.

Recommendations

Replace the toner collector at the intervals suggested by the printer status messages or during scheduled maintenance, or sooner if print defects indicate internal toner accumulation. Handle used collectors with care to avoid spills; store unused units in a dry, dust-free environment until installation.
