Touch-monitor ALLNET ALL-21TMON-SMART 21 inch PoE PD HDMI in USB-touch

The ALLNET ALL-21TMON-SMART 21" PoE PD HDMI In USB Touch is a compact interactive display that combines a 21-inch screen with multitouch capability, HDMI video input and USB touch connectivity. Its Power over Ethernet (PoE PD) support allows the monitor to receive power and network data over a single Ethernet cable when connected to a compatible PoE switch or injector, reducing cabling complexity for installations. The monitor is intended for digital signage, self-service kiosks, point-of-sale counters and small meeting or collaboration spaces that require an integrated touch display with simplified power and network management.

Advantages

The monitor’s PoE PD feature streamlines installation by eliminating the need for a separate power outlet near the display and enabling centralized power management. HDMI input ensures compatibility with a wide range of media players, thin clients and computers, while USB touch connectivity supports standard touch protocols for straightforward integration. The 21-inch form factor balances visibility and space efficiency, making the unit suitable for narrow counters and compact kiosk enclosures.

Suitable for

• Digital signage in retail, hospitality and public spaces
• Interactive kiosks and self-service terminals
• Point-of-sale terminals and cashier counters
• Small meeting rooms, huddle spaces and collaboration desks

Key specifications

How to use

Connect an HDMI cable from your media player, computer or other video source to the monitor’s HDMI input to provide video and audio. Attach the monitor to a host device for touch via the USB connection so the operating system can recognise the touch input. If a PoE PD-capable network switch or injector is available, connect the monitor using a single Ethernet cable to provide both network connectivity and power; otherwise use an appropriate external power source following the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Configure display settings and touch calibration through your operating system or player software to ensure accurate touch response.

Recommendations

For reliable PoE PD operation, use a switch or injector that supports the monitor’s power class and ensure Ethernet cabling meets recommended specifications. In kiosk and POS installations, secure the monitor within an enclosure and perform touch calibration after mounting. Regularly update connected media players or host devices and verify HDMI and USB connections to maintain consistent operation.
