TP-Link VIGI 4MP buiten Full-Color Wi-Fi pan tilt netwerkcamera

VIGI Pan Tilt 4MP PoE Full-Color camera offers flexible coverage of outdoor areas with motorized pan and tilt, customizable patrol routes and auto-tracking to monitor key spots. The camera uses a single RJ45 PoE connection for power and data, features waterproof hardware for reliable outdoor operation, and delivers up to 4MP resolution with a large-aperture lens, high-sensitivity sensor and built-in supplemental lights for clear, colorful 24-hour imaging.

Advantages

The camera provides intelligent detection including perimeter crossing, intrusion and tampering alerts, plus active defense with sound and light to warn intruders. Smart video enhancement technologies—Smart IR, Wide Dynamic Range and 3D DNR—ensure balanced exposure, true-to-life contrast and reduced noise. Efficient video compression reduces bandwidth and storage needs without sacrificing visible quality. Multiple management options (web UI, NVR UI, VIGI app and VIGI Security Manager) and local/onboard storage with an SD card slot (up to 256 GB) simplify deployment and operation.

Key specifications

• Resolution: up to 4 MP
• Connection: PoE via RJ45 (power and data over Ethernet)
• Pan/Tilt: motorized pan and tilt with customizable patrol and auto-tracking
• Night imaging: full-color 24-hour monitoring with supplemental lights and Smart IR
• Image enhancement: WDR (Wide Dynamic Range), 3D DNR
• Active defense: audible and light warnings on abnormal events
• Detection: perimeter, intrusion and tamper detection with notifications
• Storage: local management support, onboard microSD slot (up to 256 GB)
• Weather protection: waterproof outdoor hardware

How to use

Install the camera at a suitable outdoor location with clear sightlines for the areas to be monitored. Run a single Ethernet cable (RJ45) to the camera to provide both power and network connectivity via a PoE switch or injector. Configure patrol routes, auto-tracking, detection zones and active defense settings through the web UI, NVR UI, VIGI app or VIGI Security Manager. Insert a compatible microSD card if local onboard recording is required, and test notifications and two-way audio to confirm responsiveness.

Recommendations

Position the camera to minimize direct exposure to strong light sources and ensure the supplemental lights illuminate the monitored area at night. Use a PoE switch rated for outdoor or protected installations and keep firmware up to date for optimal detection and compression performance. For continuous recording, choose an SD card within the supported capacity (up to 256 GB) and follow local regulations when enabling active defense features.
