TP-Link VIGI C355 bullet IP-bewakingscamera buiten 2880 x 1620 pixel wand

The TP-Link VIGI C355 Bullet IP security camera delivers 2880 x 1620 resolution for clear outdoor surveillance and supports wired Ethernet connectivity. Designed for wall mounting, the white camera offers a 57.3° horizontal viewing angle and a 360° rotation mechanism for flexible placement. With sensitivity down to 0.005 lx and features such as long-range motion detection (up to 120 m), observation at 50 m and recognition at 24 m, it is suitable for monitoring perimeters and entry points in low-light conditions.

Advantages

Human & Vehicle Classification reduces false alarms by distinguishing people and cars from other objects, while People & Vehicle Analytics lets you search and filter recorded footage by multiple attributes for faster post-event investigation. Smart video enhancement technologies — including True WDR for balanced exposure in high-contrast scenes, Smart IR for adaptive infrared illumination, 3D DNR for multi-frame noise reduction, and automatic white balance — improve image clarity and usable evidence quality in varied lighting conditions.

Suitable for

• Perimeter surveillance of residential or commercial properties
• Monitoring driveways, parking lots and access roads
• Entry point observation for gates, doors and loading areas

How to use

Mount the VIGI C355 on a suitable outdoor wall bracket and connect it to a PoE-enabled switch or injector for power and network. Position the camera to cover the intended field of view and adjust rotation and lens direction to achieve the desired framing. Configure the camera via the TP-Link VIGI management interface to set resolution, frame rate and detection zones, and enable Human & Vehicle Classification and People & Vehicle Analytics if post-event search and reduced false alarms are required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the camera at a height and angle that minimise direct exposure to bright light sources; use True WDR and Smart IR settings in scenes with strong backlight or mixed lighting. Ensure firmware is up to date and connect the camera to a stable wired network; for long-term evidence retention, pair with compatible NVR or cloud storage and define appropriate retention and notification policies.
