Transferroller-kit HP 527H1MC voor LaserJet Managed 527-serie – onderhoudsdeel

The HP Transfer Roller Kit 527H1MC is a genuine maintenance part intended for HP LaserJet Managed 527 series printers. The kit includes the transfer roller that transfers toner from the imaging drum to the paper surface, supporting consistent monochrome output and helping to prevent streaks, smudges and image defects. Designed for business and office environments, the component contributes to routine servicing and helps maintain print quality over the life of the device.

Advantages

The transfer roller is manufactured to match HP specifications for dimensional accuracy and surface conductivity, ensuring reliable toner transfer and stable print density. Using the original part reduces the risk of paper jams and image quality problems that can arise from worn or incompatible rollers. The kit simplifies maintenance by replacing a single critical component, which can extend the usable life of other imaging parts and reduce the frequency of corrective service interventions.

Suitable for

• Office environments with moderate to high monochrome print volumes
• Scheduled preventive maintenance for HP LaserJet Managed 527 series printers
• Workgroups that require consistent print density and low defect rates

Key specifications

• Function: transfer of toner from imaging drum to paper
• Compatibility: designed for HP LaserJet Managed 527 series printers
• Component type: replaceable transfer roller for maintenance
• Intended output: monochrome (black-and-white) prints
• Primary benefit: reduces streaking, smudging and transfer-related defects

How to use

Install the transfer roller kit according to the printer maintenance instructions in the device service guide. Power off the printer and allow internal components to cool before opening access panels. Remove the old transfer roller following the printer-specific removal steps, then position the new roller in the transfer assembly and secure it as indicated in the guide. After installation, close access panels and run a print calibration or test page to confirm correct installation and image quality.

Recommendations

Replace the transfer roller at intervals recommended in the printer maintenance schedule or when print defects such as streaks, smudges or uneven density appear. Use genuine HP maintenance parts to preserve expected print quality and reduce the likelihood of mechanical issues. Store spare rollers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid touching the roller surface to prevent contamination.
