KWB Window Scraper 013820 with durable blade and ergonomic handle for glass and smooth surfaces is a handheld tool designed for precise removal of stickers, paint residues, adhesive traces and other contaminants from windows and similar smooth surfaces. The scraper provides a controlled scraping action with a replaceable blade and a shaped handle that supports steady grip and reduced hand fatigue during repeated use. It is intended for both occasional home use and professional glazing or maintenance tasks where clean, streak-free surface preparation is required.

How to use

Ensure the surface is free of loose debris and moisten stubborn residues if necessary to ease removal. Hold the scraper at a shallow angle to the glass and apply steady, even pressure while moving along the area to be cleaned. Replace the blade when signs of wear, nicks or reduced effectiveness appear; follow the manufacturer’s blade-change instructions for safe replacement and secure blade locking. Use short, controlled strokes near edges and corners to avoid slipping and potential surface damage.

Recommendations

For best results, test the scraper on a small inconspicuous area first to confirm suitability for the surface. Keep the blade sharp and protected when not in use, and wear protective gloves or eyewear when scraping stubborn residues. Do not use on highly textured or soft surfaces where the blade could cause permanent damage; avoid excessive force to prevent scratching.
