How to use

Set the pole to a length that keeps your elbow at approximately a 90-degree angle when the tip contacts the ground. Use the adjustment mechanism to shorten the pole for uphill sections and lengthen for downhill sections, ensuring the locking system is fully engaged before applying weight. Hold the ergonomic handle comfortably and plant the tip slightly ahead of your step to assist stability and reduce impact on knees and hips. After use, collapse the pole to its compact size for transport or storage.

Recommendations

Regularly check the locking mechanism and tip condition before each outing. Clean dirt from the shaft and tip after wet or muddy walks and allow components to dry before storage. Replace worn tips when traction decreases and follow manufacturer's guidelines for load limits and maintenance.
