How to use

Extend the shaft to the desired length within the 120–140 cm range and lock the adjustment mechanism according to the pole's system. Position the wrist strap over your hand so the strap supports weight transfer while holding the ergonomic grip. Use the poles to alternate planting with your opposite foot for improved balance and reduced joint load. Fold the shaft into its compact configuration for transport or when storing the poles.

Recommendations

Check the adjustment locks before each use, and adjust pole length to match terrain: shorter length for uphill sections, longer length for downhill sections. Regularly inspect grips, straps and joints for wear and clean moving parts to maintain smooth operation. Use appropriate pole tips or baskets for snow, mud or paved surfaces to optimize traction and protect the shaft.
