TSC 8300-PWX thermotransferlint Premium was 220mm zwart

For high-volume shipping and logistics operations, the TSC 8300-PWX ribbon delivers a premium wax formulation that produces crisp, dark prints on both coated and uncoated paper labels. Unlike standard wax ribbons that fade under abrasion, this 220 mm wide ribbon maintains legibility through sorting, stacking, and transit handling. Its 450-meter length reduces changeovers on flat-head industrial printers, while the 1-inch core fits common TSC and compatible hardware. The ink-out winding ensures clean release and consistent transfer at speeds up to 12 IPS, making it a practical choice for distribution centers, retail backrooms, and manufacturing lines where throughput matters.

Highlights

• Premium wax ink for sharp, high-contrast black prints on paper and matte synthetic labels.
• Extra-wide 220 mm format supports full-width label printing without ribbon waste.
• 450 m roll length minimizes downtime for ribbon changes in busy print environments.
• Ink-out winding and 1-inch core for reliable performance on flat-head thermal transfer printers.
• Good smudge resistance and moderate scratch resistance for everyday handling.
• RoHS compliant and stable in typical warehouse conditions.

In daily use

Load this ribbon into your flat-head thermal transfer printer and pair it with coated or uncoated paper labels for shipping, inventory, and product identification. The premium wax ink transfers cleanly at high print speeds, producing barcodes and text that remain scannable after repeated contact. For matte synthetic labels, the ribbon offers adequate durability for short-term indoor applications. Store unused rolls at 5–35°C and 30–80% relative humidity to preserve shelf life up to two years.
