Each dumbbell has a fixed weight, so you can focus on your workout without any setup. The non-slip grip gives you confidence during every rep, and the round shape ensures the dumbbell stays where you put it.

• Warm-up routines or adding small increments to bodyweight exercises

This pair of dumbbells is easy to maintain – simply wipe with a damp cloth after use. The vinyl coating is durable and resistant to everyday wear.
