Unitek HDMI-glasvezelkabel C11092ASL01-80M 80 m 4K 60Hz

Unitek HDMI Optical Cable C11092ASL01-80M is an 80-meter fiber HDMI cable engineered for long-distance transmission of high-definition video and multichannel audio. The cable supports up to 4K resolution at 60 Hz and uses optical fiber to minimize signal loss and provide immunity to electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for installations where copper HDMI runs would be impractical or unreliable.

Advantages

The optical construction ensures stable 4K@60Hz transmission over an 80 m run with low attenuation and negligible electromagnetic interference. The lightweight, flexible cable is easier to route through conduits and ceilings than bulk copper equivalents and provides consistent image and audio quality across long distances. Plug-and-play HDMI connectivity preserves standard HDMI signal formats without need for complex converters.

Suitable for

• Conference rooms and boardrooms requiring reliable 4K AV distribution
• Digital signage installations in malls, airports, and public spaces
• Broadcast and production studios needing long cable runs with minimal signal degradation
• Fixed AV installations in lecture halls, auditoriums, and control rooms

Key specifications

• Cable type: HDMI over optical fiber
• Length: 80 m
• Maximum supported resolution: 4K (3840×2160) at 60 Hz
• Signal transmission: digital HDMI video and audio
• Immunity: resistant to electromagnetic interference (EMI)
• Connector type: standard HDMI connectors (male-to-male)

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the HDMI output of the source device and the other end to the HDMI input of the display or receiver. Ensure connectors are fully seated and that both source and display devices are powered on. For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the optical cable and route it away from sources of mechanical stress. No external power or active converters are required for standard HDMI signals when used within the cable’s supported specifications.

Recommendations

For best results, verify that both source and display support 4K@60Hz and matching color depth/HDMI modes. When routing the cable through ceilings, walls, or conduits, maintain gentle bend radii as specified by typical fiber cable handling practices and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors. If signal handshake issues occur, power-cycle the connected devices and check HDMI settings such as EDID and HDCP compatibility.
