Key specifications

• Construction: robust protective outer shell suitable for outdoor use
• Interior: black polypropylene foam insert, shapeable for custom layouts
• Protection: impact absorption and cushioning for transported items
• Portability: designed for handheld transport and convenient handling
• Use environment: suitable for outdoor and field conditions

How to use

Open the case and remove the foam insert if necessary to shape the internal cavities. Use a sharp tool to cut the foam precisely to match the contours of tools, instruments or equipment, creating individual compartments that prevent movement. Place items into the shaped cavities and close the case securely. For heavy or sharp objects, ensure adequate additional spacer material is used to prevent direct contact with the outer shell.

Recommendations

Regularly check the condition of the foam insert and replace or reshape sections that show wear. Clean the outer shell with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to preserve material properties. When transporting fragile electronics, add anti-static measures if needed and pack cables or accessories separately to prevent abrasion.
