Universele striplight LED Eurolite 50506240 9000 mm rood 324 lichtbronnen

The EUROLITE Universal strip light 50506240 is a flexible LED lighting solution 9000 mm long and 13 mm wide, fitted with 324 red LED bulbs. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, this strip light runs on 230 V AC and offers continuous linear illumination for decorative or functional applications. With a lightweight construction of approximately 1.5 kg, it is suitable for mounting on walls, ceilings, stages, or within architectural details where a red accent or continuous colour wash is required.

Advantages

This LED strip provides consistent red illumination along its entire 9-metre length, enabling uniform colour without visible hotspots. The slim 13 mm profile allows installation in narrow channels or behind coves and trims. Operating from standard 230 V AC power removes the need for bulky external drivers, and the relatively low weight facilitates easier handling and mounting. The product's construction supports both indoor and outdoor placement when installed appropriately.

How to use

Plan the installation route and mounting points before fitting the strip to ensure continuous alignment and access to a 230 V AC supply. Clean and dry the mounting surface, secure the strip using appropriate clips, channels or fasteners compatible with the 13 mm width, and connect to a properly protected 230 V AC circuit following local electrical regulations. For outdoor installations, ensure end-seals and cable entries are weatherproofed. Avoid cutting or modifying the strip without confirming permissible cut points and electrical requirements.

Recommendations

Use certified electrical protection (RCD/MCB) on the supply circuit and follow local wiring codes. To achieve uniform illumination, mount the strip on a continuous flat surface or within an aluminium channel with a diffuser. For long-term outdoor use, verify sealing and protection against moisture and mechanical damage. If colour matching with other fixtures is required, test a sample installation before full deployment.
